Return & Exchange Policy
All items purchased on sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We offer exchange only in case of a sizing issue or the product being defective. Due to lighting and location differences during shoots, the exact color might vary from the one shown in shoots, therefore, products cannot be exchange for this reason. The customer has a window of 1-day to initiate a request for a return and exchange. Any requests made after 24 hours of receiving the product by the customer will not be eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, the customers can contact us at email@example.com with the associated order number. If the return request is accepted for being legitimate, we’ll send the customer a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the previous package which is now company property. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return within 24 hours of receiving them will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In a resalable condition
- In the packaging that was supplied by the company
- Unworn & unused
- Having all its tags intact
- Having a proof of purchase & proof of payment receipt
Once the return request us accepted and we have received the item back in our stores, the following set of actions take place.
- If the exact item is available in the inventory, it is shipping immediately to the customer. This can take up to 7 working days.
- If the item has been stocked out, a gift card with an equivalent credit is sent to the customer and any purchase can be made by the customer using that credit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like unstitched articles that have been stitched by the customers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
All paid order can be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placing the orders. Order placed with “Cash on Deliver” as the payment option must be cancelled with 2 hours of placing the order. A cancellation can be initiated by sending the associated order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
While we offer return & exchange option to our customers, we have a “No Refund” policy at Elan. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
