How do I make a purchase?

How do I create an account at Elan?
Creating an account at ELAN is very simple. Simply click the sign up button and fill in a small form with all your particulars. Please note that fields accompanied with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out. Once you have created an account, you can simply log on to the site & ‘sign in’.
How do I edit my details once I have made my account?
You can edit the details you have provided to us while making the account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. You can change your billing and shipping address, phone number and other important information on the site in a similar way.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
To reset your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
What payment methods does Elan accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
Currently, the following payment methods are accepted: Cash on Delivery This option is available for customers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents do not carry change/petty cash. Prepaid options Our secure payment services allow for VISA and MasterCard to be used for payment. All your details and your data will be securely transmitted from end-to-end via SSL encryption, once this feature is activated.
How can I choose the currency I pay in?
Currently, if you are ordering from within Pakistan you can order in Pak Rupees. When ordering from outside Pakistan, you can only order in US Dollars, Dirham and Pounds.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We do not have any exchange or return policy under normal circumstances. However, in the rare case that a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item is delivered, you can contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, the item will be eligible for exchange regardless of whether it was purchased at full price or on sale. Please note, we do not offer exchanges on sale articles in general. If a sale item is found to be defective, it will not be replaced with the same article instead, a voucher of the paid amount (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to be used on future purchases. This policy applies strictly within 14 days of receiving the order.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
