Policy for summer bridals purchased online
If you are unsatisfied with an online bridal purchase, you may return the product and get online store credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not entertain any requests after 7 days of purchase. The reason for dissatisfaction must be discussed with our bridal consultants, after which the case will be independently reviewed by the Head of Bridals and the matter decided. If the issues presented are deemed valid then the return of the purchase and subsequent store credit will be authorised.

Scope: All Élan customers are subject to the terms and conditions stated in our policy. By customers we refer to all those buying/purchasing Élan products.

Policy Statement
As each bridal is a unique couture creation tailor-made for our clients we have a no refund policy. Bridals once purchased may not be returned or exchanged.
Order Form
All Élan customers who buy/purchase Élan products are subject to the policy contained in the provisions therein; a) As each bridal is a unique couture creation tailor-made for our clients we have a no refund policy. Bridals once purchased may not be returned or exchanged. b) An advance payment of 50% of the total sale value must be paid when placing an order with our bridal consultant, without this your order will not be forwarded to production. c) If an order placed is transferred to our studio and not picked up within 14 days of completion, with the remaining balance due paid in full, we withhold the right to keep the advance payment and sell the bridal piece. d) An order placed, this provision excludes fast track orders, must be cancelled within 48 hours to avail a refund. If this is not done and production has started working on your piece Élan withholds the right to retain 25% of the total amount against that order. This total amount refers to the total sale value of the item purchased. e) Once your order has been forwarded to production and framework has begun, order cancellation will result in the retention of the complete advance amount paid. This total advance amount refers to the sum paid when booking an order with one of our bridal consultants. f) Any design alteration requests must be made within a week of placing the order. No requests will be entertained after this one-week period. The customer must be physically present to make the changes and sign the order form again. g) If a client is unable to make it to a cotton-fitting appointment, Élan will not be held liable for issues related to both measurements and delays from last-minute sizing alterations caused by non-attendance.h) Local prices and those quoted to clients overseas vary, a 1 lac premium is added. These charges include the cost of delivery, packaging, sending the cotton fitting and colour swatches.
